Space Real Estate set a new residential property record for the WA coastal town of Yallingup. The company's goal was to reach high net-worth property owners, who may be considering selling their holiday homes. Our targeted media plan landed national coverage in The Australian and Financial Review, while also securing local stories with Seven News, The Sunday Times (full page) and 6PR Radio. In the following week, Space Real Estate received several leads for listings, noting the recent run of media stories.

Revo Fitness was several months away from opening their largest gym to date. The Revo team wanted to raise awareness of their new Scarborough site, in order to build early awareness and sign-ups. HLM identified the upcoming milestone as an opportunity to tell the company's origin story. We secured a prime time story with Seven News that focussed on founder Andrew Holder, while previewing the soon to come Scarborough gym.

itrack is a WA property app that was created by three real estate industry leaders. The team wanted to relaunch the app, in an effort to reach new users. We worked on an exclusive with Seven West Media, securing coverage on Seven News Perth, as well as a page three story with The West Australian. Additional media followed including a long form interview on Radio 6PR.

When Space Real Estate set a new WA land sale record, they engaged HLM to get the news out there. Our media plan led to national coverage, with feature stories published in The West Australian, The Australian Newspaper, 7 News, Radio 6PR and more. That reach led to several new listings for Space, with sellers referencing the sale.

Jamie and gardening guru Sabrina Hahn were good mates from their ABC radio days. Together, they started Sabrina's Dirty Deeds podcast, which in just six months became the most listened to gardening podcast in the country. The podcast had more than 50,000 listens in it's first year!

Space Real Estate was looking for a way to better engage its clients for an upcoming webinar. HLM suggested getting out of the boardroom and into the car, for a live webinar on the road. We took the audience to real homes, with Space director Justin Davies, Space agent Scott Swingler and property commentator Gavin Hegney, to answer questions from the audience about the current market. The live webinar was later cut down to shorter videos for Space Real Estate's social channels, reaching another audience.
